Refund policy

60-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy with MedPaw Hip & Joint Chews for any reason, email us at bark@medpaw.co.uk within 60 days of receiving your order and we'll refund the product price in full. You don't need to send anything back. Please include your order number.

Returns
We don't accept returns of opened products. The chews are sealed for hygiene reasons, so once a tub is opened it can't be returned.

Cancelling an order
Under UK consumer law, you can cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened and still sealed. Email us first to let us know. You'll need to pay the return postage, and we'll refund the product price once we receive it.

Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including any delivery charge. You don't need to return it.

Subscriptions
Subscription orders are covered by the same 60-day guarantee. You can pause, change or cancel your subscription at any time from your account.

How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
