Last updated: 23 September 2026
OVERVIEW
Welcome to MedPaw. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to MedPaw Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, whose registered office is at 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. MedPaw operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). MedPaw is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These terms and conditions, together with the policies referred to in them (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
To use the Services, including browsing our store or buying our products, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address and your billing, payment and delivery details. You confirm that all the information you provide is correct, current and complete.
You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell or assign your account to anyone else.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We make every effort to describe and show our products accurately. However, colours and packaging may look slightly different on your screen depending on your device and its settings.
Our products are complementary feeds for dogs. They are not veterinary medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Please follow the feeding guide on the product page and label, and speak to your vet before use if your dog is pregnant, nursing, taking medication or has a health condition.
We may update product descriptions, discontinue products or limit the quantities we sell to any person or household.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we email you to confirm that it has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline or cancel your order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
Your right to cancel, and our money-back guarantee, are set out in our Refund Policy.
Our products are sold for personal and household use only, not for resale.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown on our Shipping Policy and at checkout before you pay. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order, and it will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.
We may change our prices and promotions from time to time, but changes will not affect orders you have already placed. Any promotion may have its own terms, which will apply alongside these Terms.
You confirm that the payment details you provide are yours or that you are authorised to use them, and that they are correct.
SECTION 5 - SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you choose Subscribe and Save, we will send your order and charge your chosen payment method on the delivery schedule you select, until you pause or cancel. You can pause, change or cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing bark@medpaw.co.uk. Changes made before your next renewal date will apply to that delivery. Full details are in our Cancellation Policy.
SECTION 6 - DELIVERY
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates and are set out in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will let you know if we expect a significant delay. Your order is your responsibility from the time it is delivered to the address you gave us.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services, including our trade marks, brand, text, images, graphics, video and product reviews, is owned by MedPaw Ltd or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute or republish any content from the Services without our prior written permission.
Shopify's name, logo and trade marks belong to Shopify. All other names and trade marks on the Services belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
The Services may include tools, content or links provided by third parties. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or policies. Your use of any third-party tool or website is at your own discretion, and you should review its terms and privacy policy.
SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
MedPaw is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with MedPaw Ltd. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and MedPaw, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with MedPaw.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection law. Some personal information may also be processed by Shopify under its own privacy policy.
SECTION 11 - REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
If you submit a review, feedback or other content ("Feedback"), you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, publish and display it in connection with the Services and our marketing. You confirm that your Feedback is your own honest opinion, is based on your genuine experience of the product, and discloses any incentive you received for it. Your Feedback must not be unlawful, offensive, defamatory or misleading, or infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove any Feedback that breaches these Terms. We will not edit a review in a way that changes its meaning.
SECTION 12 - ERRORS
We take care to make sure the information on the Services is accurate. If we find an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You must not use them: (a) for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; (b) to infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property rights; (c) to harass, abuse or harm anyone; (d) to submit false or misleading information; (e) to send spam or unsolicited advertising; (f) to impersonate any person or organisation; (g) to upload viruses or malicious code; (h) to scrape, copy or extract data from the Services by automated means without our permission; or (i) to interfere with or bypass the security of the Services. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms.
SECTION 14 - AGENTS
14.1 This section applies if you use, allow or deploy an "Agent" (any software or service that acts autonomously or semi-autonomously on behalf of a person or organisation without direct supervision) to access, use or interact with the Services.
14.2 No Agent may access, use or interact with the Services unless it identifies itself and follows section 14.4 at all times. No Agent may access the Services if we have asked it not to.
14.3 We may limit, including by technical measures, whether and how any Agent accesses, uses and interacts with the Services.
14.4 Agents must: (i) identify themselves in the user agent string of every HTTP/HTTPS request using the format "Agent/" followed by the agent's name; (ii) not conceal that they are an Agent, including by mimicking human behaviour or completing or circumventing CAPTCHAs; (iii) respond truthfully to any question about whether they are a human or a computer; and (iv) not circumvent any measure intended to block, limit or control Agent access.
SECTION 15 - TERMINATION
We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you breach these Terms. Any orders already accepted will still be fulfilled or refunded in line with these Terms and our Refund Policy. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including Intellectual Property, Our Liability to You and Governing Law, will continue to apply.
SECTION 16 - OUR LIABILITY TO YOU
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaching these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for any business losses.
We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products, including the right to receive products that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
Information on the Services about dog health and joint care is general information only and is not veterinary advice. Always speak to your vet about your dog's specific needs.
SECTION 17 - EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and, if the delay is significant, you may cancel your order for a full refund of anything you have paid for products not yet received.
SECTION 18 - OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the rest will continue in full force.
If we do not enforce any of our rights straight away, we can still enforce them later.
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms to anyone else without our written permission. We may transfer our rights to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights under these Terms.
These Terms and the policies they refer to form the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the Services.
SECTION 19 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
SECTION 20 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
