How to cancel a PetLab Co subscription, step by step

These steps come from PetLab Co's own terms and conditions, its shipping and returns page and its UK website.

1. Find your next order date. PetLab Co's terms say your card is "automatically charged on subsequent dates chosen by you" and that "You will be billed accordingly before shipment of the product on the replenishment date selected by you."
2. Cancel online from your account. PetLab Co's product page says you can "Manage or cancel online", and in its replies to UK reviews it says subscriptions "can be managed or canceled through our customer portal". Use the Account link on petlabco.co.uk and the email address you ordered with. Make sure you're on the UK site: one UK reviewer said "instead of the uk site I ended up on the American site." (David, 3 stars, February 2026)
3. Or cancel by email. This is the method written into PetLab Co's terms (section 18): "YOU MAY DO SO AT ANY TIME BY EMAILING" help@petlabco.co.uk. Include your name, the email you ordered with and your order number, say clearly that you want to cancel your subscription, and ask for written confirmation.
4. Or contact the team another way. The terms list a UK phone number, +44 808 189 1674, for general enquiries, and the contact page links to a help form.
5. Keep the confirmation and check your statement. Save the cancellation email or a screenshot, and check no further payment is taken on your next order date.

If you've already been charged, or the order has shipped

PetLab Co's shipping and returns page says: "Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled except as required by applicable law." So an order that has already been billed will usually still arrive. What its terms then say:

• You can withdraw within 30 days. Section 21.1: "You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason." For regular deliveries, the terms say the 30 days run from when you receive the first goods.
• Ask for a label before you send anything. "If you would like to return a product within 30 days of receiving it, please contact us first to request a return label." Parcels sent back "without a return label from us will not be accepted or refunded."
• Refunds go back to your original payment method, and PetLab Co "may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back". The terms also say you "may bear the cost of returning the goods."
• First-time joint chew buyers have a separate guarantee. PetLab Co offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on Joint Care Chews, but only for first-time UK buyers ordering from petlabco.co.uk, one claim per household, and "The 60-day period does not reset with replacement or subsequent subscription shipments". It may ask for unused, sealed tubs back.

Pausing or skipping instead

If you only want a break, PetLab Co's homepage promises you can "skip, adjust, or cancel with ease", and its help centre says you can "Make changes, pause or cancel your subscription at any time."
