Quick answer: to cancel a YuMOVE subscription, log in to your account on yumove.co.uk, open My Subscription, choose Manage, select Edit on the product and then Cancel Subscription. You have to do it by the day before your next order is due, because YuMOVE says an order that has already been charged can't be cancelled (you can return it within 28 days of delivery for a refund instead). If you can't do it online, email hello@yumove.com or call 01462 416866. If you're cancelling because of the subscription, the tablets or a lack of results, we'd recommend trying MedPaw Hip & Joint Chews instead: a soft chew dogs take like a treat, a subscription you can pause, change or cancel any time, and a 60-day money-back guarantee with nothing to send back.
Transparency note: this page is written by MedPaw, which makes a competing joint supplement. YuMOVE's terms are quoted from its own website with links, and reviews are quoted word for word. Terms and quotes were checked on 8 October 2026; policies can change, so check YuMOVE's pages before you act.
How to cancel your YuMOVE subscription, step by step
These steps come from YuMOVE's own FAQs and contact page.
- Check your next order date first. Log in at yumove.co.uk and look at your subscription. YuMOVE's FAQ is clear on timing: "If your order has already been charged, you cannot cancel it. You must cancel the day before your next order is due." If the date is tomorrow, cancel today.
- Go to My Subscription and choose Manage. Select Edit on the product you want to stop, then choose Cancel Subscription. If you have more than one product on subscription, check each one.
- Keep a record. Take a screenshot or note the date and time you cancelled, in case a payment goes out later and you need to query it.
- If it won't work online, contact Customer Care. Email hello@yumove.com or call 01462 416866. The phone line is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm, and YuMOVE says its contact form gets a reply "within 1 working day". Leave enough time before your next order date.
- You don't need a third party. YuMOVE says: "Your subscription can be cancelled easily within your account." It also warns that third-party services "will often charge you a fee for this service."
If you've already been charged
Once an order is placed and charged, YuMOVE won't cancel it, but you can send it back. Its FAQ says you have "28 days from delivery to send it back and get a refund". According to its delivery and returns page, you start a return from your account (My Subscriptions, then All Orders, then Return Order), YuMOVE says "We will cover the cost of returns, if you process the return within 28 days of the order", and refunds are made "within 5-10 working days" of it receiving the product back.
Pausing, skipping or changing instead
If you just have too many boxes, you can skip an order, change your delivery date or frequency, or swap the product in your account. Skipping has the same deadline as cancelling: "You must skip the day before your next order is due."
The money-back guarantee works differently
If you're cancelling because YuMOVE hasn't worked, the YuMOVE guarantee applies to products bought on its website. You need to have tried it for "6 weeks (42 days)", then you have "30 days from the end of the 6 week period to claim a refund". Claims start by phone on 01462 416866, and you return "any unused product and/ or the empty containers".

Why so many owners want to cancel
Subscription problems came up in about 1 in 4 of the negative YuMOVE reviews we read on Trustpilot. YuMOVE's own FAQ even has a question titled "How did I end up on a subscription?", answering that you "may have clicked the Subscribe & Save option at checkout, or reactivated an old subscription without realising." In reviewers' words:
- "I am now on my THIRD attempt to cancel my subscription" (Debby R., 1 star, October 2026)
- "Should have been monthly, direct debit was taken every 3 weeks!" (Dave E., 2 stars, November 2025)
- "The tablets come to quickly so I have ended up with three boxes" (Lynn B., 2 stars, September 2026)

Why YuMOVE customers switch to MedPaw
If the subscription was the final straw, here's how MedPaw Hip & Joint Chews differ on the points that matter when you're cancelling.
YuMOVE vs MedPaw on subscriptions, guarantees and format
| The issue | YuMOVE | MedPaw |
|---|---|---|
| Cancelling the subscription | By the day before your next order; charged orders can't be cancelled | Pause, change or cancel any time from your account, or just email us |
| If it doesn't work | 6 weeks of use first; claim by phone; return unused product and empty containers | 60 days from delivery, for any reason; email bark@medpaw.co.uk; nothing to send back |
| Format | Tablet | Soft chicken and bacon flavour chew, given like a treat |
| What's in it | Glucosamine, green-lipped mussel and hoki fish, hyaluronic acid; no separately listed chondroitin, MSM or Boswellia | All six key joint actives, with the main amounts per chew on the label: MSM 185mg, glucosamine 170mg, chondroitin 70mg, green-lipped mussel 70mg, Boswellia 30mg, plus hyaluronic acid |
| Loading phase | Double for the first month | Double for the first three weeks |
Our recommendation: cancel YuMOVE before your next charge date, and if you want to keep your dog on joint support, switch to MedPaw. You can pause, change or cancel your MedPaw subscription any time from your account or by email, and if you're not happy within 60 days of delivery, we'll refund you without asking for anything back. Try MedPaw Hip & Joint Chews.
Switching from YuMOVE to MedPaw
Swap rather than stack. Finish or stop YuMOVE, then start MedPaw the next day; there's no need for a gap and no reason to give both. Use MedPaw's loading amount (double for the first three weeks), then drop to the usual daily amount. Give it six to eight weeks before judging, and check with your vet first if your dog takes any medication.
If nothing has worked so far
If your dog is still stiff or sore after a fair trial of any supplement, see your vet. They may suggest pain relief, weight loss or an omega-3 fish oil at a proper dose, which has the strongest evidence for dogs with arthritis. Read what you can safely give a dog for joint pain and the best fish oil for dogs' joints.

How do I cancel my YuMOVE subscription?
Log in to your account on yumove.co.uk, open My Subscription, choose Manage, select Edit on the product and choose Cancel Subscription. Do it by the day before your next order is due. If you can't do it online, email hello@yumove.com or call 01462 416866.
Can I cancel a YuMOVE order that's already been charged?
No. YuMOVE says a charged order can't be cancelled. You can return it within 28 days of delivery for a refund, starting the return from your account.
Can I pause YuMOVE instead of cancelling?
You can skip an order, change your delivery date or frequency, or swap the product in your account. Skipping has the same deadline as cancelling: the day before your next order is due.
Can I get a refund if YuMOVE didn't work?
YuMOVE's guarantee covers products bought on its website. After 6 weeks of use you have 30 days to claim, starting with a phone call, and you return any unused product and the empty containers. MedPaw's guarantee runs for 60 days from delivery and you don't need to send anything back.
Do I need a third-party service to cancel YuMOVE?
No. YuMOVE says your subscription can be cancelled within your account, and warns that third-party services often charge a fee.
Can I switch straight away?
Yes. Cancel YuMOVE before your next charge, stop giving it, and start MedPaw the next day. Don't give both together. Check with your vet first if your dog takes any medication.
